Vitality secures EPL Grand Final spot
The first semi-final of the ESL Pro League Season 19 saw a mouth-watering clash take place as Astralis faced Vitality, with multiple storylines in play, including the two star AWPers - device and ZywOo going up against each other, with both in red hot form.
Vitality started Mirage with a two round lead on their T side, but with their captain device, leading from the front, Astralis put up a stellar T side of their own to take a 13-9 win. Vitality started the Danes' pick of Vertigo with another 7-5 lead but Astralis fought back to take us to overtime. It was the ZywOo show as Vitality closed it out at 16-14.
After a tied start on the decider on Inferno, it was ZywOo once again in his hard-carry mode along with captain apEX coming in with an impactful map as Vitality's stunning T side saw them ease to a 13-8 win to complete the series reverse sweep and book themselves a spot in the Grand Final of the ESL Pro League Season 19.
