The Huns exact revenge on Chinggis Warriors in ECL S49 APAC
Chinggis Warriors and The Huns came face to face at ESL Challenger League Season 49 Asia-Pacific's lower bracket final.
The last two times these two teams went head-to-head was at MESA Pro Series Spring 2025 and BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Asia Regional Qualifiers, where Chinggis Warriors came out on top both times.
This time though, it was The Huns who toppled them, winning on both their opponents pick of Ancient and then on their pick of Mirage. On Ancient, it was the whole team chiming in as they converted an 8-4 CT side to a 13-4 win.
On the second map, cobra and nin9 led the charts to secure a 13-8 win, as they posted a strong CT side after posting 6 rounds on the T-side. The Huns will now play the Consolidation Final against the loser of TYLOO and Lynn Vision on Sunday.
