CS2 Market cap goes down by $466 million in a day

After crossing the 5 billion mark and reaching the all time high value of $5 billion and 49 million CS2's market cap has taken a fall by over 8%, now floating around 4 billion, five hundred ninety-three million.

Chinese marketplaces like Buff163 and youpin898 saw a surge as Chinese traders bought skins in bulk, driving prices up. Now, with skins being dumped back, those platforms are seeing prices drop below other marketplaces.

However, even after such a massive drop, the market cap is still up by 4.86% in the past month, and by over 15% in the past three months. The most significant drop has come to high tier items like Butterfly Knife | Fade, Sports Gloves | Hedge Maze, Karambit Knife | Doppler (Phase 2), AWP | Dragon Lore (Field-Tested), etc.
