Late momentum on their CT half helped Griffin Esports end with five CT rounds on Anubis and the second half pistol and conversions saw them quickly tie up the score at 7-7. A back-and-forth second half saw QeeYou Gaming begin to run away with the map at the end before tsukizy almost pulled off an incredible 1v3 on the B site and Griffin Esports found momentum off that attempt to push the map to overtime, seeing off four map points. f1redup and reV3nnnn's double AWP set up on the CT side helped QeeYou take two defensive rounds before a reV3nnnn 1v3 closed out the game for QeeYou at 16-14.

QeeYou Gaming started Griffin's pick of Ancient with the CT pistol and took the early advantage before HeadshotSpeciaL pulled Griffin Esports back to tie up the score at 5-5. A mixed buy win in the final round of the half saw QeeYou keep it at a tied-half at the break but a near flawless T side from f1redup and co. with clouda and f1redup leading the charge with 23 and 22 kills respectively saw QeeYou ease to a 13-7 win to take the series 2-0.

QeeYou will now face Firedup Gaming in the final of the NESC 2025 (17th WEC) CS2, which is set to take place on May 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM IST.
