QeeYou wins NESC CS2 2025

Firedup Gaming concedes consecutive 0-2s

After their initial 0-2 in the first grand-final round of the National Esports Championship 2025, Firedup Gaming had another shot at clearing the grand-final due to their upper-bracket status. QeeYou and Firedup Gaming locked horns for the second and concluding grand-final to determine the winner of the NESC CS2 2025 and it was QeeYou coming out on top once again as f1redup, reVnnnn and co. once again eased past Firedup Gaming to make the IESF Regionals.

The series started on Ancient which was the concluding map in the previous grand-final. QeeYou picked up where they left, putting up six rounds in a row to start the map on the CT-side. Round after round, QeeYou's jaguar and mid aggression halted Firedup Gaming's T-side plays. PwN caught R2B2 on the jiggle, as Firedup Gaming swarmed B to put up their first round at 1-6.

QeeYou Gaming fetched themselves a massive 9-3 half and quickly closed out Ancient 13-6, dropping just a couple of rounds on their T-side. Firedup Gaming were once again put under pressure as they needed to clear Dust2 just to push the series into the decider.

Firedup Gaming started Dust2 with a classic A-long rush with the Glocks on the T-side to win the pistol round and eventually saw off QeeYou's MP9s to convert the follow-up. QeeYou secured the first gun round and levelled the score at 3-3. Back and forth trades throughout the half ended with a moment of individual brilliance from ChAmP, who clutched out a 1v3 with a scout and Tec9 against fully equipped CTs to tie the half 6-6.

QeeYou won the pistol and anti-eco to start the second half, eventually securing the first gun round as well. Firedup Gaming never really found their footing on the CT-side of Dust2 as QeeYou sprinted to map, series and championship point at 12-6. A flawless T-side saw QeeYou close out Dust2 13-6 to be crowned as the NESC CS2 2025 champions. QeeYou are now set to represent India at regionals for a shot at a WEC 2025 slot.
