TYLOO blown away by NRG in their Major opener
It was far from the ideal start for one of the top Asian teams at the Austin Major, TYLOO, as the Chinese team were beaten comprehensively by NRG in their opening match at the Austin Major Stage 1.
A Moseyuh double opener helped TYLOO take the opening pistol round on their T side to get things going on Anubis but after the conversion against the eco, it was br0's B site shutdowns that saw NRG's CT half take shape. After four in a row from nitr0's boys a Tec-9 B hit seemed like it would get TYLOO back on the board it was br0 once again with a triple from connector to see NRG continue their CT streak.
Nine in a row from NRG with oSee's AWP finding impact saw them go 9-3 up at the half. JamYoung made sure nitr0 didn't start the second half with a 1v3. TYLOO picked up the conversion as well after converting both the pistols on Anubis but as soon as the guns came out, it was br0 again causing all sorts of trouble from TYLOO's defense as NRG raced away to a comfortable 13-5 win with the Danish youngster finishing with 19 kills.
After Chinggis Warriors' loss earlier in the day, TYLOO become the second Asian team to drop into the 0-1 bracket.
