The MongolZ on top in Asian derby
The battle between Asia's finest Counter-Strike teams had The MongolZ coming out on top against Chinese squad Lynn Vision, with bLitz and co. moving into the 2-1 bracket at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Stage 3.
Starry and z4kr teamed up to give Lynn Vision the CT pistol on Nuke and Lynn Vision started with a 6-2 lead as z4kr's AWP caused all sorts of trouble for The MongolZ. It took a 910 quad kill in a 3v4 for the Monoglian team to find their footing on the T side. A crucial Techno 1v2 on the B site saw The MongolZ keep Lynn Vision's lead to two rounds.
A Senzu quad helped The MongolZ steal the second pistol single-handedly and it was a flawless defensive hold from Asia's best as The MongolZ eased to a 13-7 win with Senzu and 910 on top of the scoreboard with 20 and 19 kills each respectively.
The MongolZ now are in the 2-1 bracket after their win over Lynn Vision and need to win one Bo3 match to make Playoffs while the Chinese team are one loss away from elimination.
