The MongolZ are the youngest Major finalists in Counter-Strike history
They also have a chance to become the youngest team to win a Major today
After defeating paiN in the Semi-Final of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, The MongolZ have become the youngest team to qualify for the Grand-Final of a Counter-Strike Major.
The MongolZ, the first Asian team to qualifty for a Major, have an average age of only 20.8 years. Earlier, this record belonged to fnatic in 2013, when they lifted the Dreamhack Winter 2013 trophy, with the average age of the team being just 20.9 years.

Coming to the Austin Major, The MongolZ were the second youngest team in attendance, second only to B8 who had an average age of 20.7. The MongolZ then made it to the playoffs with a 3-2 record, and went on to defeat FaZe and paiN to qualify for the Finals.
