BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Grand Final: Preview

We are at the final hurdle of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, that separates two teams from majestic splendor and a cash prize of $500k, as Vitality and The MongolZ gear up for the Grand Final.

The Grand-Final is set to start at 1:00 AM IST tonight and will be a Bo3. On one hand we have the heavy favourites Vitality, who will be facing The MongolZ, a team who has defied all expectations to make it to all the way to the end.

The MongolZ are already the youngest finalists of a Counter-Strike Major, but today have the chance to gain the prestige of being the youngest team to win a Major. The two teams have faced each other four times this year, and The MongolZ have been able to win a map against Vitality only two times.

It’s going to take everything they have, and more from the young Mongolians, to turn the tide against the European super-team. But if memory serves, odds didn’t stop the underdogs the last time American soil hosted a Major grand final.
