Alter Ego and Change The Game come out with wins in EPL 22 Asia Closed Qualifiers

ESL Pro League Season 22 Stage 1 Round 1 Results

The Round 1 of ESL Pro League Season 22 Asia Closed Qualifier kicked off today with two matchups: LE-LUX vs Change The Game, and Shika vs Alter Ego. While the first one ended in a 2-0 win for Change The Game, Ph1NNN's Alter Ego were handed a bye as Shika failed to field a complete roster.

The Bo3 between Change The Game and LE-LUX kickstarted on the former's pick of Mirage, where they wreaked havoc on the T-side to secure 10 rounds in the first half. A combined effort from Zero and VanceKK netted them a first map win by a 13-4 scoreline.

The second map in play was Dust2, where despite conceding 8 rounds on their CT-side, LE-LUX looked to bounce back, equalising the scoreline by securing the first four rounds of the second half. However, after a heated brawl, Change The Game closed the series with a 13-10 win.
