BENZENE points out an anomaly in the BLAST Rising Rest of Asia open qualifier
The Rest of Asia open qualifier for BLAST Rising Asia took place yesterday with a number of teams locking horns in a single-elimination bracket. These open qualifiers were held across four regions- China, Mongolia, Rest of Asia and Oceania. Indian side VICTORES SUMUS went through to the second round off of a bye and met DogEvil, a Chinese team. A surprising fact given the existence of a dedicated Chinese qualifier.
VICTORES SUMUS' rifler BENZENE claims to have received no admin support even after notifying an ESN admin about a Chinese team's presence in the Rest of Asia qualifier. BENZENE alleges that an admin was present in their match server at the time of their second round matchup but did not pause the game to sort the issue.
What even is the point of running lackluster OQ (Open Qualifier), where you cant even provide admin support. Qualifier started 8:30 AM and no admin support till 10:20AM.

Following the admin's alleged unresponsiveness, VICTORES SUMUS went ahead with their match against the Chinese side and ended up losing the match, getting eliminated from the Rest of Asia open qualifier. Dust2 India has reached out to BLAST and their Asian partner ESN and are awaiting a response from either.
