TYLOO crush 3DMAX; book FISSURE Playground 1 semi-final
TYLOO took on 3DMAX in the first quarter-final of FISSURE Playground 1. The first map took us to Ancient where TYLOO started on CT-side with JamYoung finding the opening pick and then closing a 5v3 retake with a couple more, to fetch TYLOO the pistol round. 3DMAX stole the anti-eco off of Graviti and Maka's 2v4 win. TYLOO returned the favor, derailing the Ts with a couple of upgraded pistols and TYLOO plowed through to 1-8 but Ex3rcice and body stepped up to salvage a 4-8 half.
TYLOO's coach toppled 3DMAX's A defense with a couple of glock headshots, netting TYLOO pistol and anti-eco conversions. Back to back multi-frag rounds from JamYoung put TYLOO on match point at 12-5. 3DMAX found a flurry of rounds in their favor but it was too little, too late as TYLOO recovered and closed Ancient 13-9.
zhok1ng decimated 3DMAX's defense with a glock triple kill to fetch TYLOO the pistol round on the T-side of Inferno and bested Maka's AWP with a Galil in 3DMAX's first buy round, converting the bonus for TYLOO, getting off to a 3-0 start. Moseyuh and JamYoung's double entry sequences in consecutive rounds put TYLOO on the fast track for a big T-side lead. Mercury and Attacker went berserk towards the end, fetching TYLOO a massive 10-2 half, just three rounds away from a semi-final spot.
Having struggled the entire game, Maka dropped back to back quad kill rounds to fetch 3DMAX the pistol and anti-eco on their T-side. Moseyuh clutched out a 1v1 against Maka in the first gun round to put TYLOO back in the driver's seat. A Five-7 double from Moseyuh secured the match and series point for TYLOO at 12-5. 3DMAX clawed back a couple of rounds but a C4 drop in mid, cost them everything. TYLOO closed Inferno 13-7 and the series 2-0, eliminating 3DMAX from FISSURE Playground 1 to advance to the semi-final. TYLOO has dropped just a single map so far in this tournament.
