MAJ3R might retire after the next season

Aurora posted a vlog on YouTube yesterday, titled "We Learned How To Breathe". The bootcamp vlog, shows the Turkish roster welcoming xfloud among other things. At around the six-minute mark Aurora's Turkish roster takes a walk down the park and at around 06:20, MAJ3R says something that gets translated into the following in the subtitles:

I wanted to reset my mental this time, so I can enter the last season in the following months. Full focus mentally.

The community took to HLTV's forums, pointing out how MAJ3R could be hinting at retiring from Counter-Strike. While some claim that the subtitles are pretty accurate and have done a good job of interpreting things 1:1, others say that MAJ3R could just be referring to the last season of 2025 and not the last season of his Counter-Strike career.

The 35-year old is a seasoned Counter-Strike veteran and a prolific name in the Turkish scene. MAJ3R has pressed Turkish representation at four Majors- ELEAGUE Boston 2018, FACEIT London 2018, PGL Copenhagen 2024 and BLAST.tv Austin 2025. A quarter-final finish at PGL Copenhagen 2024 was the closest he got to winning a Major. With over 30 notable LANs attended, MAJ3R never made it all way, settling for playoffs and runner-up finishes.
