The Huns qualify for eXTREMESLAND 2025
The Huns have qualified for eXTREMESLAND 2025 after beating Chinggis Warriors in the final of the eXTREMESLAND 2025 Mongolia Open Qualifier 1. In addition to qualifying for the main event, they have also netted a prize money of $5,500.
The BO3 final went the distance as The Huns had to pull out a reverse sweep to win and qualify for the main event. An incredible 10 round T side on Infenro saw Chinggis Warriors walk away 13-7 with The Huns' pick before the trio of sk0R, Bart4k and cobrazera got The Huns back in the game with a strong CT start on Overpass that saw them tie up the game with a 13-7 win of their own.
The decider on Nuke was a back and forth affair to get things going and after a tied opening half, a string of rounds on their T side despite losing to a force buy saw The Huns hold on for a 13-9 win to close the series and final 2-1.
Chinggis Warriors had taken down NomadS and The Huns in the upper bracket match ups to head to the finals without much hassle while The Huns, after their loss to Chinggis Warriors in the upper bracket final, had to fight off NomadS in the lower bracket to make the final. They eventually made the lower bracket run stick as the went on to qualify for the main event.
