The MongolZ battle past Lynn Vision to get first win at FISSURE Playground 2

The MongolZ have picked up their first win at the FISSURE Playground 2 after seeing off a valiant attempt from Lynn Vision, in their swiss round 2 game. The win now sees The MongolZ move into the 1-1 bracket while Lynn Vision drop to the 0-2 bracket and are on the bring of elimination.

Despite starting slow, back-to-back multi-kill rounds from mzinho saw The MongolZ win out the CT half on the Chinese team's pick of Dust2. A z4kr triple saw go on to tie up the score at 7-7 post conversion. The MongolZ hit double digits in no time, as soon as they brought out the guns but multi-kill rounds from C4LLM3SU3, who shut down a B hit and a triple from EmiliaQAQ saw Lynn Vision fight back. z4kr's AWP from Short saw Lynn Vision go on to take the lead of the map. An A hit with upgraded pistols and one MAC-10 saw The MongolZ steal an eleventh and a massive triple from Senzu saw a B execute put The MongolZ on map point and they held on for a 13-11 win.

Lynn Vision bagged another pistol, to get The MongolZ's pick of Ancient underway, on their CT half and a z4kr's quad kill to shut down the A site meant that Lynn Vision tied up the opening half. Techno4K and bLitz's B site shut down saw The MongolZ pick up their first pistol of the series. A promising CT start from Lynn Vision fizzled out as the Chinese team just couldn't get their T side going, which saw a flawless defensive hold from The MongolZ help them take a 13-6 win to close the series 2-0.
