Media: Community buzzes over potential new VAC update
According to GabeFollower and other sources like VACdeluxe, an update to VACLive has sent the cheater community into turmoil, as many claim that most known cheats and bot farming have been eradicated.
According to VACdeluxe, there has been an increase in VACLive flagging for Low-delay triggerbots, Semi-rage or blatant aimbots, and automated targeting logic. However, VACdeluxe also reported hours later that bot farming has been reconfigured and has started again.
The cries for a better working anti-cheat has been loud and clear for a long long time in Counter-Strike. The scope of this silent update to VACLive is still unknown, but if this means that Valve has started to work in the direction against cheats, it is a good sign for things to come.
