Chinggis Warriors make ECL Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 2 Grand Final
Chinggis Warriors have become the first team to make the grand final of the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 2 after taking down Rare Atom in the upper bracket final. It was a clean 2-0 win for the Mongolian team against the struggling Chinese squad.
A pistol and conversion on their own pick of Ancient had Chinggis Warriors set for a strong T side but L1haNg and Summer made sure the Mongolian team could manage only a two round lead. Rare Atom picked up a much needed T sided pistol, which brought up hopes of a close end to the map but a near flawless CT half saw them ease to a 13-6 win. yAmi topped the server on Ancient with 25 kills with a rating of 1.91 and ADR of 119.7.
A full house from ariucle and yAmi saw Chinggis Warriors start Mirage with the CT pistol and just as they threatened to put up a big CT side, it was Tiger's AWP that got five on the board for Rare Atom. Tiger with the Scout made sure Rare Atom won the force buy despite losing both pistols on Mirage but it was another near flawless half to close out the map as cool4st powered Chinggis Warriors to a 13-6 win to close the series in 2-0 straight maps.
The win puts Chinggis Warriors in the Grand Final of the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 2 while Rare Atom drop to the Consolidation Final, where they will take on The Huns for another shot at the Grand Final.
