Kaleido beats Rare Atom to win XSE Pro League Shanghai 2025
Kaleido have won the XSE Pro League Shanghai 2025, a $5,000 LAN event held over the weekend in Shanghai, China. Kaleido took down the tournament favourites and top ranked team, Rare Atom, in the final to take home a prize money of $3,000. The four teams, Kaleido, Rare Atom, FengDa, Change The Game, taking part in the main event had made their way through the Closed Qualifiers.

Rare Atom kicked off the Playoffs with a reverse sweep against Change The Game while FengDa scraped past Kaleido in a closely fought encounter in the second upper bracket semi-final. Rare Atom once again fought from behind in the Upper Bracket final to take down FengDa 2-1 while Kaleido eliminated Change The Game and FengDa in the lower bracket to make the final against Rare Atom.
The final kicked off on Kaleido's pick of Inferno which saw a back and forth affair have Rare Atom see off two map points to take the game to overtime. It eventually took four overtimes to get a winner with Kaleido hanging on for a 25-23 win with ChildKing's 53 kill performance not being enough.
SPine, suki and late impact from rage saw Kaleido kick off Dust2 with an 8-2 lead and while Rare Atom left the opening half with four T rounds, it wasn't enough. A pistol round and conversion win wasn't enough as Kaleido held on for a 13-9 win to close the final in two maps.
