PokemoN and co. go down fighting

Former Gods Reign's coach, PokemoN and co., Legion, went up against Chinese squad Kaleido in their opening game. A stellar CT half on their own pick of Train saw Legion start the series with a 13-8 win. The Chinese team fight back on Inferno with as suki and rage helped Kaleido go 8-4 up before a near flawless CT half, this time from Kaleido, saw them close out their own pick 13-5.

The decider on Dust was a story of a string of rounds swinging from side to side. Kaleido's 5-0 CT start was negated with Legion's six-rounds that saw Dust2 start with a tied opening half. The T pistol gave Kaleido the platform to race away to map and series point before Legion fought back with SOULM8 and PokemoN almost pulling it back. Kaleido eventually managed to hold on for a 13-11 win to steal a 2-1 series win.

Iranian team ScarX other the other side, faced Mongolian team NomadS and after a CT-side shut down on Mirage that saw NomadS start with a big 13-5 win, ScarX finally joined the server on Inferno. ScarX almost pulled back a 3-9 half to overtime but fell in the final round to go down 11-13 to concede the series 2-0.
