Lynn Vision stay alive at home
Lynn Vision kept themselves alive at IEM Chengdu 2025 after sending 3DMAX home from the tournament. The lower bracket encounter had the Chinese team battling for survival in front of their home crowd and Lynn Vision did not disappoint.
Lynn Vision's pick of Dust2 got things underway and a four round T-side streak at the start of the half helped Lynn Vision lock in five rounds on their opening half. The second half pistol and EmiliaQAQ answering back with a big Five-Seven triple saw Lynn Vision put up a strong CT half to push the game to overtime. After losing the opening round in overtime, a clean sweep from Lynn Vision saw them take a 16-13 win to get the series underway.
3DMAX showed why they chose Inferno as it was the bodyy show. Despite starting slow and managing five T rounds, a clean CT half saw 3DMAX tie up the series with a dominating 13-7 win as bodyy and Lucky topped the scoreboard with 17 kills each. The decider on Train start with Lynn Vision taking the early advantage as the confidence of a strong CT start was visible which saw Starry end up knifing his opponents. Lynn Vision managed to take a two round lead before a streak of five T rounds saw them close Train 13-10 to lock the series 2-1.
Lynn Vision now has moved into the lower bracket semi-final and they will face the loser of the Vitality-MOUZ game.
