FlyQuest best Imperial to move a step away from Stage 2

Aussies one win away from Stage 2

FlyQuest wrapped up their opening day at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Stage 1 with a big win over Imperial to move into the 2-0 bracket. The Australian team are now one BO3 win away from making the next stage after a strong opening day in Budapest.

It was INS in the centre of the action again as the captain of FlyQuest came in with a big double to hand FlyQuest the opening pistol on Inferno on the back of a B hit. After two clean conversions against the eco and force it was try's AWP and a chelo double geting Imperial on teh board with a B retake. A couple of B hits early on and having the perfect timing over the Brazilians saw FlyQuest race away to a 8-1 start. A regali 1v2 saw FlyQuest end the half with a 9-3 score.

A triple from try's P250 saw Imperial convert a B hit to pick up a much needed pistol to get the second half going. After holding on against two scary force buys, Imperial brought it to a 6-9 score line before the first gun round of the half. Vexite and jks stepped up to see FlyQuest lock in a 13-6 win.
