StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Stage 2 Day 3: Schedule and Standings

The second day's action at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Stage 2 is done and dusted and we have seen two teams qualify to the next Stage in a flawless manner while two have exited the Major with a disappointing 0-3 record.

In an uncharactersitic manner, FaZe were the first team to qualify to Stage 3 with a flawless 3-0 record, despite being on the brink of elimination in Stage 1 but karrigan and his boys seemed to have turned it around. Along with FaZe, Natus Vincere (NAVI) joined them in the 3-0 bracket with Aleksib's boys being the most dominant team in Stage 2 and looking like a dark horse for the trophy.

3DMAX stomped Passion UA in the first game of Day 2 in Stage 2, which has put them in 2-1 bracket and they will take on B8 for a spot in Stage 2. PARIVISION, who beat Aurora, will face NIP in their 2-1 bracket game for qualification.

The 1-2 bracket games will see TYLOO, the only remaining Asian team in the Stage, fight Liquid for their spot in the Major while Aurora will face Astralis in their elimination game with the Turkish side suffering some shocking losses despite being favourites to go through. fnatic meanwhile will fight for survival against Passion UA.

FlyQuest were the first team to be eliminated from Stage 2 with the Australian team leaving Budapest without a single map win in Stage 2. Joining FlyQuest in exiting the Major was MIBR, who fell to Liquid to also exit with a poor 0-3 record.
