StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Playoffs Schedule

With Falcons outlasting G2 in the final game of the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Stage 3, all of the teams for the Playoffs have been confirmed as NiKo and co. are the final team to book their spot in the quarter-finals. The Playoffs bracket is a star-studded one as we have the best teams in the world all having made it to the knockout stages of the final Major of the year.

Spirit vs Falcons

The Playoffs action will kick off with a blockbuster clash between Falcons and Spirit. Spirit are one of the two teams who sailed into the Playoffs with a stellar 3-0 record and with donk and sh1ro, two of their main stars stepping up and looking in red-hot form, Spirit will be confident about their chances against an inconsistent Falcons. Falcons had to huff and puff and scraped their way to the Playoffs on the very last day of Stage 3 through the final game, having to edge out G2 to make their way to the Playoffs. Despite having one of the most star-studded rosters, Falcons has struggled to find consistency and were on the brink of elimination before m0NESY woke up to find some form and send G2 home.

The Spirit vs Falcons game is also one of the most open and evenly balanced quarter-final games in the bracket.

Vitality vs The MongolZ

The second quarter-final will be a rematch of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Grand Final as the defending champions Vitality face The MongolZ. Both teams had started their Major campaign in Stage 3, thanks to their global rankings and both Vitality and The MongolZ got their Major campaign going with a loss in their opening BO1 game. After being 0-1 down, a strong run from apEX and his boys and bLitz and his boys saw both make Playoffs with a relatively comfortable 3-1 record.

MOUZ vs FaZe

From being less than a second away from going home to making their way to the Playoffs, FaZe has continued to get better as they spend more time in the Major with karrigan pulling across his boys to another Major Playoffs, despite being the weakest team amongst the eight. FaZe will face MOUZ, who have been a regular name in Playoffs of big events throughout 2025 and Brollan's squad have a golden chance to make the semi-finals against a hot and cold FaZe.

FURIA vs Natus Vincere (NAVI)

The fourth and final quarter-final encounter will see the biggest Major favourites, FURIA, go up against Natus Vincere (NAVI) with FalleN and co. looking to continue their incredible Cinderella run they have been on since the resumption of the season post the mid-season break. FURIA have been untouchable for the majority of the second part of 2025 and it will need something special and heroic from the inaugural CS2 Major champions to deny FURIA a spot in the top four.
