Media: device set to reunite with his former captain gla1ve at 100 Thieves

Dust2.dk and HLTV have released a report which states that four-time Major winner and one of Counter-Strikes' most decorated players, device, is set to join 100 Thieves where the Danish AWPer will join rain and reunite with his former teammate, gla1ve, who is expected to take up coaching duties at the team. Dust2.dk and HLTV reveals that multiple sources speaking to them have stated that the talks between the player and the organisation are at 'an advanced stage'.

The move would signal the second time device will leave Astralis after having rejoined in 2022 following his brief stint with Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP). Since rejoining Astralis, the two-time Major MVP even took up the role of IGL for a period and put up strong numbers for the majority of his second stint with Astralis but has suffered a rough period off late with Astralis suffering a Stage 2 exit at the ongoing StarLadder Budapest Major 2025.

Should device join 100 Thieves, he will become their second player after the organisation had signed former FaZe star rain recently.
