The MongolZ amongst most visited CS2 teams on Liquipedia

Liquipedia has recently released a list of the most visited Counter-Strike teams for 2025 on their website with the list consisting of the best teams around the world including Asia's best, The MongolZ. The MongolZ were amongst the most visited teams, coming in at no.5.

While FaZe topped the list ahead of Vitality and Falcons, The MongolZ slotted in at number 5, behind Spirit. Natus Vincere (NAVI), G2, Team Liquid, FURIA and MOUZ rounded out the top 10.

The MongolZ had a mixed 2025, finishing runners up at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, creating history by becoming the first-ever Asian team to make the final of a Major. Other than that, they had semi-final appearances at various big events including ESL Pro League Season 21, IEM Melbourne 2025, IEM Dallas 2025, IEM Katowice 2025 and the FISSURE Playground 2 amongst others. The only notable LAN title The MongolZ won in 2025 was the Esports World Cup 2025, where they beat Turkish squad Aurora in the final.

After a 5-8th place finish in the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 to close out the year, it has been a disappointing start for The MongolZ in 2026, going out in 13-16th place in IEM Kraków 2026. The Mongolian squad will be seen next in action at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, which kicks off from February 14, 2026.
