Lynn Vision backs out from OffStrike 2026; Chinggis Warriors announced as replacement

The tournament organiser's for Pakistan's first international CS2 LAN, OffStrike 2026, have announced that Lynn Vision, who were revealed as the first invited team to the main event, has withdrawn from the $10,000 LAN event.

Lynn Vision, who are currently ranked #36 on HLTV's world rankings and #67 on Valve's rankings, were annouced as the first and one of the two invited Asian teams for the event. Mongolian squad The Huns were revealed as the second Asian invited team. With Chinggis Warriors replacing Lynn Vision, both of the Asian invited teams for the main event will be Mongolian teams.

Lynn Vision most recently went down to TYLOO in the final of the Yuqilin Pinnacle of Battle Season 2, which was the Asian qualifier event for the BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026, missing out on the Rotterdam LAN spot. Lynn Vision also had a poor outing at their home LAN event, the ZHI-TECH Elite Masters 2026, where they finished 3-4th.

Chinggis Warriors meanwhile are ranked #75 in the HLTV world rankings and #149 on Valve's ranking. The Mongolian team will be in action later on today in the ongoing ESL Challenger League Seaosn 51 Asia-Pacific Cup 1. Like Lynn Vision, they too had a tournament to forget at the ZHI-TECH Elite Masters 2026, finishing 5-8th.

The six team tournament now has two teams locked in with the remaining four set to be two invited teams from Europe, one invited team from Pakistan and one team from the Pakistani open qualifier due to there not being enough eligible rosters on the Pakistani VRS list.

OffStrike 2026 will be a Tier-2 LAN event with two teams from Europe, Asia and Pakistan participating through invites from their placement in the VRS. The group stage of the event runs between March 23 and March 26, 2026 and the final is scheduled for 28th March 2026 at the DreamWorld Resort, Karachi, Pakistan with the tournament having a $10,000 prize pool.
