ESL Challenger League Season 51 Asia-Pacific Cup 1 Day 2: Recap
The second day at the ESL Challenger League Season 51 Asia-Pacific Cup 1 saw three more BO3s take place along with two games having teams forfeit their games. While the likes of Chinggis Warriors, Legion, Eruption were in action in the server, the only Indian team in the event, Arise, had a fortunate day.
Arise was scheduled to take on Deep Cross in their lower bracket round 1 game but Deep Cross forfeited the game as they were not ready for the series as per ESL's rules. One of the upper bracket quarter-finals, between Change The Game and BORING PLAYERS also saw Change The Game forfeit the match that saw BORING PLAYERS proceed to the upper bracket semi-finals.

Chinggis Warriors smash their way through; Last Bullet see off Eruption
The all-Mongolian derby in the upper bracket quarter-final saw Chinggis Warriors fight compatriots NomadS with Chinggis Warriors smashing their way to a 13-3 win on their pick of Nuke to get the match going.
Another 10-2 start for Chinggis Warriors, on NomadS' pick of Ancient, meant that Chinggis Warriors stormed to a 2-0 series win with a 13-4 win on the second map with ROUX and tikuak finishing the series with a 1.99 and 1.94 rating respectively.
Last Bullet faced Eruption in their upper bracket quarter-final matchup with Last Bullet making sure that their 6-0 start on Dust2 was converted to a win, despite seeing off a nervy late comeback attempt from the Mongolian team to lock in a 13-10 win. Mirage was a trade of rounds as Last Bullet saw off three map points to push it to overtime but it was the Mongolian team edging out with a 16-14 win.
The decider on Ancient was the lan and Last Bullet show as the Chinese team dominated their way to a 13-4 win, closing out the series with a flawless T side to take the series 2-1.

Legion fall to Morningstar
Legion went up against Chinese squad Morningstar in their upper bracket quarter-final encounter and it was a tied opening half on Morningstar's pick of Overpass to get things underway. A strong T side from the Chinese team nullified a heroic 27-kill performance from Bloody to see Morningstar take a 13-10 win.
The Pakistani team found the pistol and conversions on Inferno but barring the opening couple of rounds, there was not much on the CT side for PokemoN and co. as Morningstar starte with a 7-5 lead and despite losing both pistols, the Chinese team were clinical enough to close it out at 13-7 to move into the upper bracket semi-final with a 2-0 series win.
