The MongolZ unable to grab third place at Cluj-Napoca
The MongolZ were unable to secure the third place spot at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 after the Mongolian team lost 0-2 to MOUZ in the third-place decider game. The MongolZ finish fourth at the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 and will head home with a prize money of $43,750.
Mirage, The MongolZ's pick, got the match underway and it was a lackluster T side as six on the trot once they brought out the guns saw MOUZ go 6-3 up. A couple of multi-kill rounds from 910 at the end of the half saw The MongolZ find five on their T side. Barring one CT rounds, The MongolZ found nothing in the second half as MOUZ raced away to a 13-6 win to pick up the first map.

A Spinx tripe saw MOUZ start Inferno with the T pistol. The MongolZ, though, were on the board early on and with 910 finding some impact with the AWP early on, The MongolZ brought it to a two round game at 6-4 before two quick A hits saw MOUZ close the half with an 8-4 lead. A B hit saw The MongolZ convert the second pistol and the subsequent conversions saw them go on to take the lead of the game at 9-8 before a big round from Spinx saw MOUZ pull off a retake on the B site to get MOUZ's CT half going. It was a trade of rounds to close out the map with clutches from torzsi at the very end seeing MOUZ steal a 13-10 win to lock in a 2-0 series win.
