Lynn Vision take down Chinggis Warriors

Chinggis Warriors took on Lynn Vision in the second match of the PGL Bucharest 2026 East Asia closed qualifier to conclude the opening round's play. The series started on Chinggis Warriors' pick of Nuke, where the Mongolian side got off to a 3-0 start on the T-side off of ROUX and Efire's consecutive multi-kill rounds. Once z4kr got his hands on an AWP, the narrative flipped as Lynn Vision put four on the trot and stole the lead to finish the first half 7-5. With Efire and tikuak firing on all cylinders, Chinggis Warriors bagged six CT-rounds right out the gate and secured match point at 12-8.

However, Chinggis Warriors failed to close Nuke in regulation with a four-round buffer as Lynn Vision pushed the map into overtime. After two grueling overtime runs, the Chinese side closed Nuke in the third overtime 22-20 with z4kr putting up 38 frags on the board. Lynn Vision made themselves comfortable on their own map pick- Dust2, taking nine rounds on the CT-side, leaving Chinggis Warriors with a 3-9 deficit.

Chinggis Warriors nearly matched their opponent's CT-run, starting the half five rounds on the trot to close the gap at 8-9. Lynn Vision's early lead pushed the Chinese side across the line, emerging ahead in the back and forth trades. Westmelon led from the front with a 2.08 rating map at an ADR of 123 as Lynn Vision secured a 13-9 win on Dust2 and wrapped the series 2-0, booking their upper-final clash against Rare Atom.
