XSE LOOP Cup S1: Preview
LOOP Cup Season 1, hosted by XinSai Esports is set to begin tomorrow. The LAN in Shanghai, China will feature four Chinese teams in a single-elimination bracket. The semi-finals will run best-of-three games and the grand-final will play out as a best-of-five. With invaluable VRS points on the line, the tournament becomes crucial for teams like Lynn Vision, Morningstar and Rare Atom.
After winning the closed qualifier, TYLOO stepped back from the event due to schedule overlaps with the ongoing BLAST Open Rotterdam. Last Bullet was called in to replace TYLOO. Rare Atom will take on Last Bullet and Lynn Vision will take on Morningstar in the semi-finals.
XSE LOOP Cup Season 1 carries a prize pool of $3,000 USD and will run for two days starting tomorrow, 21st March 2026. An event win for Lynn Vision might just nudge the Chinese side into the IEM Cologne Major invites range.
