BLAST announces move to Porto for BLAST Premier Open S2
BLAST has revealed that the Playoffs for BLAST Premier Open Season 2 will take place in Porto, Portugal as BLAST heads to Portugal once again. This will be the first time BLAST will host an event in Porto though, with BLAST having hosted events in Lisbon in 2018, 2022 and 2025. The Playoffs will take place at the Super Bock Arena – Pavilhão Rosa Mota in Porto between September 4-6, 2026.
Like the concluded BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026, the group stages of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark while the Playoffs will take place in Porto Portugal. The tournament will take place between August 24 - September 6, 2026 with a prize pool of $1,100,000 up for grabs amongst the 16 teams. From the 16 teams, the six teams will move to the Super Bock Arena in Porto for the title and the tournament will also be supported by Turismo de Portugal.
