DEPO clears PGL Astana 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier to make Asia Closed Qualifier
buster's DEPO have qualified for the PGL Astana 2026 Asia Closed Qualifier after beating Haunted House in the final of the PGL Astana 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier. The two mixed Uzbekistani teams faced each other in a lopsided final as DEPO showed no mercy in wrapping up a dominant 2-0 to become the third and final team to book their place in the PGL Astana 2026 Asia Closed Qualifier.
The final was a quick on as DEPO went 13-5 on their pick of Mirage before closing out the series with an even more dominant win, 13-2 on Dust2 to take the series 2-0 and make their way to the Asia Closed Qualifier. DEPO had lost their opening game at the PGL Astana 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier to Pakistani team Legion and beat THE UNIT in their lower bracket opening game before they faced Legion again in a rematch of their opening round game. The second time around, DEPO kept it clean to win the consolidation final 2-0 over Legion before beating Haunted House 2-0 in the final.
DEPO now joins Ground Zero and The Huns in the PGL Astana 2026 Asia Closed Qualifier where they three teams will fight it out for a spot at the PGL Astana 2026 main event.
