BLAST announces Singapore event in 2027

BLAST has announced that the tournament organiser will be heading to Singapore for the first BLAST Premier Open of 2027 as Singapore gears up for yet another Counter-Strike event. The BLAST Open Singapore will take place between March 15 - March 28, 2027 with 16 teams set to fight it out for the $1,250,000 prize pool.

The BLAST Open Singapore 2027 will be BLAST's second Counter-Strike event in Singapore after having hosted the BLAST Premier World Final 2024 in Singapore. It will also be the second top tier Counter-Strike event held in Singapore in close succession following the PGL Singapore Major 2026, which will close out the Counter-Strike action for 2026. BLAST has stated the BLAST Open Singapore 2027 will be BLAST's first arena Counter-Strike event of 2027 as the top tier teams will head to Singapore for the fully-LAN event.

BLAST has also announced that the tournament will have a $400,000 acceptance fee pool as per the new guidelines the tournament organiser had announced as part of their 2027 circuit revamp.
