s1mple debunks BC.Game salary rumors
Back in July 2025, BC.Game went through with a shocking singing, to snatch s1mple out of NAVI's contract, ending his nine-year long association with the organization. Soon after, BC.Game acquired the core of SAW along with their VRS points and placement. Ever since, BC.Game has made little headway in their journey towards the highest tier of Counter-Strike with their most recent setback coming from losing out on a Major invite for IEM Cologne 2026.
When s1mple moved to BC.Game, the organization revealed no numbers but it was rumored that s1mple was bought out for nearly half a million dollars, on which BC.Game refrained from commenting. Later on, many outlets reported that s1mple was drawing an insanely high salary at BC.Game amounting anywhere from $120,000 USD to $130,000 USD.
However, s1mple discarded the rumor yesterday when he responded to a post criticizing BC.Game. The post from @GarmourCS alleged s1mple of drawing a salary of $120,000 USD per month while spending a total of $2.5 million dollars to acquire VRS points from another core and not making it to the Major. "No way dummies believe that I have 120k per month, it’s not even half of this", said s1mple himself, closing the $100K+ salary argument once and for all.
