Media: Polbandana reveals shocking racist behaviour from BOROS

The BOROS situation just gets from bad to worse as his Alter Ego teammate Polbanada shared the shocking reason why BOROS was banned by Hero Esports from competing at the Hero Esports Asian Champions League 2026.

A day ago, Hero Esports announced that BOROS has been banned from participating in the Hero Esports Asian Champions League 2026 for using racially discriminatory language in the prep for the tournament with BOROS himself releasing an apology late last night. Alter Ego, earlier today, announced that they are looking at the matter internally and now BOROS' Alter Ego teammate, Polbandana has revealed the real reason why BOROS was banned.

Initially a clip shared on social media, showed BOROS using racist language whilst playing in the SEA server (mostly as prep for the Hero Esports Asian Champions League 2026 Closed Qualifier) where he uses racists comments against his Chinese teammates. It was thought, that was the reason for Hero Esports banning him but his teammate Polbanada has revealed the real reason.

Putting out a message on his Telegram channel, Polbandana says that even post the 'ching chong' comment, the tournament admins allowed him to play but BOROS asked his teammates in front of the tournament admin 'Guys, can we call one of the strategies 'ching chong ching'?" It was the final nail in the coffin for BOROS as he was immediately barred from playing and Polbandana also says that BOROS is 'no longer part of the team'. Additionally he also says that the team doesn't want to play with BOROS because 'he's completely unhinged.'
