Lynn Vision, Haunted House start with clean wins at Hero Esports ACL 2026
Group B action at the ongoing Hero Esports Asian Champions League 2026 got underway as the likes of Lynn Vision, Alter Ego and tHUNDER DOWNUNDER were in action in the group B upper bracket quarter-finals. While Lynn Vision wasted no time in dispatching Alter Ego, Haunted House pulled off a big upset, taking down dexter's tHUNDER DOWNUNDER.

Lynn Vision faced Alter Ego in their opening game in Group B with a couple of impactful rounds from PokemoN early on seeing Alter Ego take a narrow 7-5 lead on their CT side on Dust2. A stellar defensive hold from Lynn Vision with Starry and z4KR stepping up saw Lynn Vision head to a 13-10 win. Moving to Overpass, Alter Ego's map pick, it was a one-sided affair as an 11-1 half from the Chinese team saw them ease to a 13-7 win to close things out in two.

tHUNDER DOWNUNDER
A back and forth start to Dust2 saw a lot of action on the B site in the opening half as a couple of late rounds put together by THUNDER dOWNUNDER saw them take a 7-5 lead. A 3v4 retake in the second half pistol and a strong CT side led by malinov saw Haunted House take a 13-10 win on their map pick. Anubis started with tHUNDER DOWNUNDER picking up three on the trot after the pistol win on their CT side but six in a row from Haunted House tied up the half. After a back and forth start to the second half, Haunted House closed the series with five consecutive CT rounds to pick up another 13-10 win to confirm their 2-0 series win.
