SemperFi, Kaleido start Hero Esports ACL 2026 with wins
The final round of games on the opening day of the Hero Esports Asian Champions League 2026 saw the final two Group B upper bracket quarter-finals take place as SemperFi, Last Bullet, Kaleido and Change The Game were in action. Both games saw all three maps taking place with SemperFi and Kaleido picking up important wins early on.

SemperFi 2 - 1 
Change The Game
SemperFi took on home team Change The Game in their group B upper bracket quarter-final with the keen show helping SemperFi start the series with a big 13-5 win on their pick of Inferno. After a tied opening half on Ancient, the Chinese team answered with a strong CT half to tie up the series with a 13-8 win as LaiKeXu and VanceKK topped the scoreboards with 24 and 21 kills each to send the game to a decider.
On Mirage, it was one-way traffic with keen once again having a terrific map as his 25 kill performance saw SemperFi storm to a 13-2 win to take a 2-1 series win and move into the group B upper bracket semi-final.

Kaleido 2 - 1 Last Bullet
The final game of the day was an all-Chinese clash as Last Bullet went up against Kaleido. Dust2 got the series underway with both teams picking up a couple of rounds together to keep things tied up. It took overtime to separate the teams as Last Bullet edged out a 16-13 win with Roninbaby's 31 kills being the difference.
Kaleido hit back on Ancient, starting with eight in a row on their T side to wrap up a comfortable 13-4 win as rage dropped 28 kills in 17 rounds of place. Kaleido continued their momentum from Ancient to Mirage, once again starting strong, this time going 5-0 up on their CT side before Last Bullet salvaged the half with five T rounds. A flawless T side saw Kaleido close out Mirage at 13-5 to complete the reverse sweep.
