TYLOO post massive win against MOUZ at CAC 2026
TYLOO took on MOUZ to kick off their CS Asia Championships 2026 campaign in group A with the best-of-one heading to Inferno. TYLOO, sitting at #31 in the Global rankings were partially on the backfoot coming into the matchup against current world #9, MOUZ. The Chinese side whipped out the signature Asian Counter-Strike playbook and took the fight to MOUZ, toppling their CT defense with shocking contact plays.
TYLOO's individuals were just a cut above in the head-to-head aim duels right from the start, flying off to a 5-0 start on the T-side. A xelex triple with the silenced M4 on A, fetched MOUZ their first CT-side round. Moseyuh continued to drop multi-frag rounds, even picking up Jee's AWP to hold off an A-hit at one point, as MOUZ never really got a chance to get back in the half, conceding a 2-10 disadvantage at halftime.
xelex and jL stepped up for MOUZ in the early stages of the second half but TYLOO hit match point off of JamYoung's aggressive MP9 play in banana and then stopped MOUZ's A-hit in its tracks with just a couple of upgraded pistols to close Inferno 13-7 and advance to the upper semi-finals where they await their opponent from the NRG-Legacy opening round clash. MOUZ will have to claw their way back into the tournament from the lower bracket.
