TYLOO outplayed by B8 in Cologne Major campaign opener
TYLOO have gone down to B8 in their opening game at the IEM Cologne Major 2026 Stage 1 with the Chinese team being outplayed by B8. The Ukrainian team kept it clean on their T side to close out a convincing map win which sends TYLOO to the 0-1 bracket where they join their compatriots Lynn Vision.
alex666 kicked off Mirage with a 1v2 smoke defuse to see B8 start with the CT pistol on Mirage. Keeping it clean in the conversions saw B8 go 4-0 up before a JamYoung double opener helped TYLOO find their first round. A Mercury 1v3 saw TYLOO tie up the score at 5-5. B8 found a late round at the end with alex and npl's doubles helping them keep the score tied at 6-6.
kensizor and npl opened up the B site for B8 to pick up the T side pistol for the Ukrainian squad and it was a clean sweep on the T side from B8 as npl had massive impact in the final couple of rounds that helped B8 ease to a 13-6 win.
