BIG overcomes the B8 challenge to make final in Mongolia
BIG held on for a 2-1 win over B8 in the first semi-final of the MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025, with JDC stepping up for BIG massively on the decider which saw the German team get past B8
After five hours of tech delay, the first semi-final of the MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025 finally got underway on BIG's pick of Dust2 which saw the Germans put up a strong defensive side to go 10-2 up before B8 started their comeback. Led by npl, B8 threatened to go to overtime before impact from JDC and Krimbo in the final couple of rounds saw BIG hold on for a 13-9 win. Inferno was all B8 as alex666's 21 kills powered the Ukrainian teams raced away to a commanding 13-3 win to tie up the series.
It was the JDC show on the decider on Mirage as a 19-kill opening half from the German saw BIG take a two round lead and the German team made sure to close it out quick as JDC's 28-kill performance saw them take a 13-8 win to seal the series 2-1.
The win sees BIG become the first finalist of the $250,000 event while B8 will play again in the 3rd Place decider game.
