IHC eliminates FengDa from EPL S22 Asia Closed Qualifier
IHC kept themselves alive at the ESL Pro League Season 22 Asia Closed Qualifier after sending FengDa home following their lower bracket match. The Mongolian team picked up a clean 2-0 win to keep their hopes of making it to the ESL Pro League Season 22 alive.
IHC's pick of Inferno got the series underway with rate and Aapestt getting IHC off to a 9-3 start on their T side. The Chinese team fought back and after taking the second half pistol and conversions, it was a six round streak to tie up the score at 9-9 before IHC's defense shut FengDa out. rate and Aapestt top fragged with 22 and 21 kills respectively as IHC held on for a 13-9 win.
Mirage saw the Mongolian team start with another strong T side and this time they converted both pistols to race away to an 11-4 lead. FengDa put a couple of rounds together but it was IHC closing things out at 13-9 to win the series in a 2-0 manner.
IHC will now take on NomadS in the lower bracket semi-finals with one Mongolian team set to go home after their encounter.
