HOTU dominate Chinggis Warriors to move into EPL S22 Asia Closed Qualifier final
HOTU continued their stellar run at the ESL Pro League Season 22 Asia Closed Qualifier as they took down Chinggis Warriors in the upper bracket final, in style, to make the Grand Final. HOTU closed the series in spectacular style, going 13-0 to wrap up the series.
HOTU's pick of Ancient which had the Mongolian team start strong with an eight round CT half. Chinggis Warriors' T side was non existent as mizu and kade0 led a near flawless defensive half to see HOTU steal a 13-10 win. On their own pick of Anubis, Chinggis Warriors started on the CT side but had no answer to HOTU's hits as HOTU eased to a 13-0 win. mizu and kade0 both had a strong series, dropping 1.78 and 1.38 ratings respectively.
While HOTU storm into the Grand Final, Chinggis Warriors now drop to the lower bracket consolidation final and will have to win two BO3s to make it to ESL Pro League Season 22.
