PGL Bucharest 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier: Preview

The PGL Bucharest 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier kicks off from tomorrow as the four teams from West Asian region are battling it out to make PGL Bucharest 2026 Asia Closed Qualifier. While there are no Indian teams in action, Indian players, Bhavi and Ph1NNN will both be in action as the two former Gods Reign and KingPin teammates will be playing for the mixed Indo-Pakistan team, Biriyani.

The four teams who will be taking part in the PGL Bucharest 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier, will be Pakistan's Legion, Iranian team ScarX, the mixed Indo-Pak team Biryani and Far East Russian squad, THE UNIT. The teams will fight it out in a double elimination BO3 format with the grand final set to be a BO5 affair. The matches will kick off from February 26, 2026 and the final is scheduled for the following day, February 27, 2026.

The winner of the PGL Bucharest 2026 West Asia Closed Qualifier will qualify for the PGL Bucharest 2026 Asia Closed Qualifier, where the winners from the West Asia, East Asia and Oceania Closed Qualifiers will fight it out for a spot at PGL Bucharest 2026. PGL Bucharest 2026 will be a $1,250,000 LAN event in Romania with the likes of The MongolZ, BC.Game, Astralis and PARIVISION amongst others set to attend.

Biryani, Bhavi and Ph1NNN's team will take on Legion in their opening round game while ScarX will go up against THE UNIT. Biryani and Legion's match is scheduled to take place at 13:00 IST on February 26, 2026.
