  • Click on the radar map to instantly navigate to that point on the map

  • Missed a kill? No problem, Play, pause, rewind at will and jump back into the action with the click of a button.

Access

Two modes: Live and Replay. Both can be spectated at https://runestone.gg/ghost (scroll down to Replay and Live/Upcoming)

Once the match goes Live, you can spectate it by clicking on View in 3D
For Replay mode, any of the matches under Replays

Commands:

Here are the commands on how to use:

  1. SPACEBAR or click on mid-bottom label (Following/Possessed/Free Look) - cycles through player 1P, 3P, Free view.

  2. In Free view you can use mouse + WASD + QE. Hold mouse right click and move mouse L-R or up-down to control camera angle and simultaneously use WASD on keyboard to control camera movement

  3. Keys 1-10 or mouse wheel - cycles through players

  4. Hold Mouse right-click + turn to rotate camera view (Free view + 3P)

  5. Click on player name in the HUD to go to that player

  6. Click on minimap for Free view, birds eye view over that map point

  7. Key H hides entire HUD

  8. Key X toggles x-ray vision on/off

  9. Key G toggles grenade trajectory and timers on/off

Video player controls

Replay Mode:

Map switcher - switch between maps of same match
Go forward/back 15s
Go forward/back 1 round
Navigate freely on the map timeline (go to any point)
Playback in 0.5x or 2s speed

Live mode

Almost the same, with the difference that once you jump back in time for a quick replay, you can resume Live playback by hitting the Live button.

Other

Video player - toggle on/off
Instructions - toggle on/off
Fulscreen - toggle on/off

What to watch out for/ cool features to use

Switching player perspective (1P/3P)

  • if there is a Clutch/ 1vX/ 1v1 situations

  • Fake execute/Rotations/ Lurks

  • Rush to bombsite a defend (say 1vX where T defends against multiple CTs trying to defuse and cover each other)

  • AWPer perspective

  • Opening kills/ duels/ trades

  • 1P also good for players lining up their utility deployment with some fixed spot on the ground/ on the building

Free mode camera/birds’ eye view:

  • Free look/skybox view over a map area for utility usage birds eye view
    Grenade trajectories are on by default

  • Switch to top-down map showing how CTs rotate

  • Utility usage at round start/early phase

  • Rotations

Quick replay then jump back to Live

  • Quick replay of a 1vX or 1v1 situations, a nice multi-kill, nice utility usage, etc.

  • Quick replay then slow mode (0.5x) to see a rotation over 10s (can use the timeline in video player to scroll through)

  • X-ray can be toggle off to understand player’s true vision
