Lynn Vision moves a step closer to an ESL Pro League Season 23 spot
Lynn Vision have made their way to the final of the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Finals after beating Chinggis Warriors 2-0, in the semi-final. It was a lopsided affair as the Chinese team dominated Chinggis Warriors with the Mongolian team's ESL Pro League dreams being dashed in the semi-finals.
Chinggis Warriors' pick of Inferno saw the semi-final get underway and the Mongolian team started with a clean T-side pistol. A Starry triple opener on the Deagle with EmiliaQAQ closing things out with the Five-Seven saw Lynn Vision answer back instantly with the force and the Chinese team gained momentum off that to build a strong CT side. Barring a couple of big multi-kill rounds from tikuak, there was nothing for Chinggis Warriors as Lynn Vision went 8-4 up.
A full house from ROUX and yAmi saw Chinggis pick up both pistols on Inferno but once again, they fell to the force. Barring a mixed buy round with one save M4A1-S, there was nothing else for the Mongolian team as Lynn Vision closed Inferno at 13-7 with Starry topping the scoreboard with 23 kills.
A quad kill from C4LLM3SU3 saw Lynn Vision start their pick of Dust2 with the CT pistol and they were 4-0 up in no time before cool4st's AWP got the Mongolian squad on the board. A couple of Long hits resulted in four T rounds for Chinggis Warriors as Lynn Vision once again start the map with a four-round advantage. A brawl at Long saw Lynn Vision convert an A hit to lock in the second pistol on Dust2 and it was a clean T side to see Lynn Vision close their map pick at 13-7 to lock in a comfortable 2-0 series win.
Lynn Vision will face fellow countrymen, Rare Atom, in the final for a spot at ESL Pro League Season 23 Stage 1. Rare Atom, who won ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia-Pacific Cup 2 and Cup 3, made their way direct to the Finals.
