NESC 2026 registrations open

Through a post on X, Esports Federation of India (ESFI) has announced the opening of registrations for several esports titles in the National Esports Championship (NESC) 2026 circuit. Among the titles are Counter-Strike 2. ESFI has once again excluded the women's division for Counter-Strike 2 while keeping it open for other titles like Clash Royale and eFootball.

NESC 2026 will serve as the road to Global Esports Los Angeles 2026- A gaming festival in North America hosting competitions, workshops, conferences, ceremonies and much more.

Similar to last year, the National Esports Championship 2026 will likely host a double-elimination bracket. The registrations for the event will close on 31st July 2026. Additional information such as tournament dates, format and brackets will follow as and when announced by ESFI. NESC 2025 saw QeeYou clear the double-elimination bracket but the Indian side failed to secure a World Esports Championship slot at the regionals.
