f1redup set to play at Skyesports Chennai Esports Global Championship 2025

Wicked Gaming will be the second team after BIG to not have their main lineup present at the Skyesports Chennai Esports Global Championship 2025 as Ph1NNN will miss out. The India rifler will be replaced by his former Gods Reign teammate, f1redup, who has traveled with Wicked Gaming to Chennai.

Wicked Gaming are one of two Indian teams in the event along with Arise and led by DEFAULTER, Wicked have tons of experience and even with Ph1NNN missing out, he is replaced by one of the most familiar names in the Indian Counter-Strike scene. f1redup has been largely inactive since Gods Reign dropped their Counter-Strike team and was most recent in action at the Dust2 India - 1XBET Masters 27, where Wicked finished second and was part of the Wicked team that beat Arise in the AMD GameOn 2025 LAN.

With f1redup joining the team though, DEFAULTER will not only gain a star AWPer but will also have to sort out the roles, already having had hattygOD in the team as the AWPer. f1redup, who has rifled previously in the presence of a second AWPer in the team, mainly when reV3nnnn and him were together in Gods Reign, is expected to rifle while hattygOD would keep the Big Green.

Wicked Gaming, who are in Group B at the Skyesports Chennai Esports Global Championship 2025, will kick off their campaign today at 17:45 IST against Deep Cross. JACKZ's Mousquetaire are the other team in their group. Wicked Gaming aren't the only team at the event who will play without their main five, as BIG have also announced that their AWPer gr1ks has not received his visa to travel to India and will be replaced by young Danish AWPer JBOEN.
