TYLOO in must-win zone after 9z loss
TYLOO have been beaten by 9z in their IEM Cologne Major 2026 Stage 2 2-1 bracket game which sees the Chinese team now in a do-or-die situation in their final game of Stage 2. Falling to the 2-2, TYLOO need to win their final BO3 if they want to qualify for the next stage.
The game against 9z got going on the South American team's pick of Overpass where it was meyern and dgt turning things around for 9z as they converted a two-round deficit at the half to start with a 13-10 win. Moving to TYLOO's pick of Inferno, it was a more dominant show from 9z as they started with another strong CT half with HUASOPEEK and luchov having a 14 and 13 kill half to see 9z go 9-3 up. 9z wasted no time in closing out the series with a big 13-6 win with luchov topping the scoresheet with 21 kills and a 1.84 rating.
