M80 and Legacy withdraw from XSE Pro League 2026
The tournament organisers for the XSE Pro League 2026, XinSai Esports has announced that M80 and Legacy, two teams who were invited to the $1,000,000 LAN event in China, will not be attending the tournament due to 'passport related issues. XinSai Esports also stated that along with the passport-related issues, the teams also faced jury duty obligations which was another reason for the teams being unable to travel to Guangzhou.
With the North American and Brazilian team being unable to attend, the tournament organiser said that TYLOO and Lynn Vision will be replacing the two as the highest-ranked eligible teams from the host region as per their rulebook. M80 most recently were eliminated in Stage 2 of the IEM Cologne Major 2026 while Legacy are still fighting in Germany as they have made it to Stage 3 of the ongoing IEM Cologne Major 2026.
The tournament is scheduled to see some big names head to Guangzhou for the $1,000,000 LAN as FaZe, BetBoom, PARIVISION, B8, BIG, Ninjas in Pyjamas and 3DMAX are amongst the invited teams for the tournament. The tournament will take place between July 1, 2026 and July 12, 2026 with the 16 teams fighting it out for the title.
